Should a spam complaint be made, whether in your opinion it was not, then ONWEALTH CLUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offending Members Account immediately without notice.

Refund Policy
Due to the ONWEALTHCLUB.COM matrix programme and compensation plan, ONWEALTH CLUB will not provide any refunds as we have disclosed more than enough information on our website for new member to make an informed decision prior to joining.
ONWEALTH CLUB members do not refund any new member that suddenly feels they are not making it or simply wants out. There is NO money back guarantee!

Warranties
ONWEALTH CLUB is not responsible for any deletion, alteration, or loss of data due to network or system outages, file corruption, or any other reasons. ONWEALTH CLUB makes no guarantees as to server reliability, speed, or consistency, and cannot be held liable for such.

Earning Policy

Registration policy
Any amount paid to become a member of ONWEALTH CLUB is strictly for club membership and is valid only for one year. In order to renew membership and continue enjoying the benefits of membership, members will be required to renew their membership every one year if they want to continue as members of the club and continue to enjoy benefits.

Please be warned and duly informed that your payment to the club is not an investment and does not entitle any of its members to any returns.

The reward program attached to the club is currently a free benefit of membership. It is a benefit put there by the club managers to make it rewarding to spread news about the club and can be scrapped and discontinued at anytime if it is deemed by the management not to be fulfilling its objective.  The reward benefit programs can also be redesigned at anytime without consultation with club members.

All transactions and payouts are handled via Nigerian commercial banks only.

Your Relationship to the ONWEALTH CLUB
1. You will be bound by any amendments upon notification through any of ONWEALTH CLUB official channels of communication. Those channels of communication include, but are not limited to, posting of information to the ONWEALTH CLUB website, SMS or email to the Members.
2. An Applicant/Person becomes an approved member on the date the application is received and accepted by the club managers.
3. An application that is incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent in any respect will be invalid and of no force or effect. If a member fails to provide the required documentation, the club managers may declare a contract void from its inception and may recoup any Bonuses paid. An applicant or member is prohibited from submitting any false or inaccurate information to the website.
4. On any website that you use, whether an ONWEALTH CLUB provided site or one you develop yourself, you must implement a privacy policy that protects any information gathered from the website from being sold or used by anyone else.
5. All cards, letterheads, signs, advertising materials, and verbal conversations, etc. used to promote business must make it clear that you are a member. They may not imply or state that you are an agent, authorized representative, employee, joint venture or franchisee of ONWEALTH CLUB.
6. If you advertise via newspaper or other advertising venues, the following rules apply:
• No advertisement may imply that a job or position is available.
• No specific income can be promised.
• Advertisements may not contain references to ONWEALTH CLUB or its products.
You agree to release and discharge ONWEALTH CLUB and its successors, assigns, managing companies, and agents, from any and all liability, monetary compensation, claim and/or demand arising out of or in connection with the creation and the use of any photograph, video, audio, or endorsement, including any claim for defamation.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its advertisers, licensors, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use of this site, or any services, information or products from this site, or any violation of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate with the Company in asserting any available defenses.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Company may suspend or terminate this Agreement or User’s use immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that User has used this site for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault others, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations, etc. of its agents, officers, directors, contractors or employees. In such event, Company may disclose the User’s identity and contact information, if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and Company shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Company for such disclosure.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement incorporates by reference the Site Submission Rules if this site allows posting and posts such Rules. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter thereof, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous (oral, written or electronic) agreement between the parties and shall not be changed except by written agreement signed by an officer of the Company. THE MAINTENANCE and MEMBERSHIP FEE - Company at its discretion can charge a Maintenance fee from members marketing fees if deemed necessary to cover the maintenance of your Business. Also at any time may change the annual membership fee.
